About Summerfield Village

Summerfield Village is a townhome community of 143 attached homes in Henderson, Nevada. The Association maintains the common areas, landscaping, and the exterior of the homes, including roofs, gutters, paint, and exterior building surfaces.

The Association is a Nevada nonprofit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the owners. It operates under its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (recorded in Clark County on May 24, 1982), its Articles of Incorporation, its Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board, and Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116.

Day to day operations, accounting, and compliance are handled by the Association's management company, Assured Real Estate.
