Mailbox Key Pick - November 19, 2021

For those who were unable to make it this morning to pick up the mail key, we will be coordinating another pick up tomorrow (November 19th). Management will be at the park area tomorrow between 11:30 am - 1:30 pm for residents to pick up the new mailbox key that was installed today.
For those who are not able to make it tomorrow, keys can be picked up next week Monday the 22nd or Tuesday the 23rd from 7 am - 12pm. at 37 S Water Street #200 Henderson NV 89015. If you are unable to make these times, please email info@assurednv.com to advise when you are available.
REMINDER - IT IS IMPORTANT YOU READ THE BELOW
There will be steps taken in order for management to verify authorization before keys are handed out.
Owners
If you are the owner of the property, we will need the one of the following below presented:
1) License/ID- We will need a copy of your ID and it must match managements homeowners directory/Clark County Assessors Page ( we will not accept expired IDs). If your property is under a trust/LLC, please bring documentation confirming you are an authorized representative.
2) Most recent utility bill showing the property address and name on file that matches homeowner directory/Clark County Assessors Page
Tenant:
If you are a tenant, you will need to provide one of the following
1) Most recent utility bill showing the property address and name on file
2) Copy of your lease. If your lease is month to month, we will need a form from your property management/landlord confirming you are on a month to month lease. (keys will not be handed out for expired leases without an authorization form confirming month to month lease)
-The HOA requires all leases to be on file with management. If you have not submitted your lease, please submit it at the following link:

Property Management:
If you are a property management company, we will need one of the following:
1) Copy of property management agreement and business card from company.
