Fireplace & Pet Reminder

With the temperatures lowering, residents may decide to turn on the fireplace for the winter. Prior to starting up the fireplace, the Board encourages each resident to have it inspected for functionality. Safety of the residents is a top priority for the Board of Directors.

This is a friendly reminder that all pets must be on a leash when outside of your unit. Failing to have a pet on a leash in the common area, will result in a health and safety violation.
