    Standard and customary "For Rent" or "For Sale" signs only may be posted in windows or hung on balconies and are not permitted in the grass, bush, rock or common areas. No other signs are permitted. (Art. XI Sec. 7) Political signs are allowed on patios and windows during campaign time only (per NRS).

  • How many units are owner occupied?
    Unfortunately, this line items is not tracked
  • How much are the assessments and are they monthly or quarterly
    Assessments are currently $274 each month.
  • When are late fees applied for non-paid assessments?
    Late fees are applied if payment is not receieved by the 15th of each month
  • Will be the be a special assessment ?
    At this time, the Board is not expecting a special assessment
  • How can I obtain my mailbox number and receive a key?
    Please be advised the mailboxes are privately owned. Owner must call a lock smith and have a locks changed. Boxes are numbered according to the unit.
  • What is permitted on patio?
    Patio type furniture is permitted on patio
  • What type of screening is permitted on patio?

    If you notice maintenance issues around your community please fill out this form so we can send out the appropriate vendor to correct the issues. Remember that are website and forms are mobile friendly. You can load the form on your mobile browser to get pictures.   • How can I register my tenant?
